Godsey possible candidate for AAA school...

Prob. about the same amount of business one of them had visiting Amy Bledsoe and meeting behind close doors with her about this matter during basketball season....

I have a feeling we won't... Mr. Scott is still going to be there and politics will still be the same as long as he is. Besides, the only guy we as Blue Devils get to vote for is Virgil Sampson, and he didn't even get to vote in the Godsey situation, so i wouldn't look at him with contempt. Things probably wont get better around there.

You're kidding me right? Sampson is the only member with GC ties. I believe that you may want to look over each of the members and see where their district is at again.

Im pretty sure Sampson is the only one GC gets to vote for.

Well if all of what you are saying is true.. then justice will be served. Should a SB member be talking to the public about the situation before it happened? Well probably not... maybe 1 of the resons they were attempting to warn him.. or the person just could not keep a secret. Do not know which one though.

Maybe actual city limits, but not that is part of the GC schools. I believe there would be a member from the Hiltons area district and one from the Weber City/Yuma district, or one from each. I cannot remember off hand how many districts there are.

Now I think GC had more of a say in it than you think. Blair is actually more in the RC area. Its a little quirk in the address system that puts a few people from Hill Station to the turnoff to RCHS with a GC address. But, Sampson, Catron, and Campbell all should be within the districts that are more represented by people residing within GC "feeder" district zones.

I'm with stripes...Are yuo guys saying that these Gate City Reps didn't vote to throw Godsey out also?????

In my opinion all the board members should be vocal about what they voted... it should be published in the minutes and not closed to the public. If I am going to vote for something I need to be man or woman enough to not and hide it. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif[/img]
